Manufacturing and Quality Control
Tianlong 13kg LPG cylinders are produced through controlled manufacturing and inspection processes. Our quality approach covers incoming materials, production activities, surface finishing and final product review before dispatch.
Incoming Quality Control
Materials and components are checked against the applicable specifications before they are released for production.
Process Quality Control
Key production stages are monitored to support consistent forming, welding, surface preparation and finishing quality.
Finished Quality Control
Finished cylinders are reviewed for appearance, identification, documentation and applicable inspection requirements before release.
Batch Review
Where applicable, batch inspection and testing records are reviewed according to the relevant product requirements and inspection plan.
Powder Coating and Surface Finish
The cylinder surface finish is reviewed as part of the applicable quality control process. Powder coating checks may include surface appearance, coating coverage, curing condition and adhesion, depending on the product specification and inspection plan.
Adhesion testing helps assess whether the coating is properly bonded to the prepared cylinder surface. If a result does not meet the applicable acceptance criteria, the relevant process or batch is reviewed before release.
Safe Storage and Handling
Store Upright
Keep the LPG cylinder upright on a stable surface and protect it from falling, rolling or being damaged.
Keep Away from Heat
Keep the cylinder away from heat, flames and ignition sources. Maintain suitable separation from cooking appliances and other heat sources.
Ensure Ventilation
Store and use the cylinder in a secure, dry and well-ventilated location that is free from unnecessary obstructions.
Use Compatible Equipment
Use compatible valves, regulators, hoses and appliances. Installation and connection should be handled by competent personnel where required.
Check Before Use
Do not use a cylinder, valve, hose or connection that appears damaged. Contact a qualified technician if you suspect a leak or equipment problem.
Handle Carefully
Do not roll, throw, drag or bang the cylinder. Keep it away from exits, aisles, rain and direct sunlight during storage and handling.
